The journey

One roof. All stages.

A single piece, followed from first sketch to the moment it ships, every step under our own roof.

Every stage monitored & tracked in real time.

STAGE 01

Design & Development

Every season our in-house product-development team creates fresh prints, weaves and embroidery concepts across a wide range of fabrics and shades. Buyers can hand us their own tech-packs and artwork, or pick straight from our live showroom range. If something specific is needed, our sampling team develops new prints, embroideries and styles on request.

STAGE 02

Fabric R&D

Fabric is where quality is won or lost. Before a single metre is approved for cutting, our technical and quality teams audit every lot in accredited in-house labs. Every roll is QR-coded and tracked digitally, so nothing moves on guesswork.

  • Accredited in-house labs test GSM, shrinkage, shade & colour-fastness
  • Digital QC systems log every inspection result, lot by lot
  • QR-code fabric tracking: every roll tagged, scanned & traceable
  • Live fabric inventory: width, shade & balance visible in real time
STAGE 03

Embroidery

24 Japanese Barudan machines run every technique under one roof: all-over stitch, Aari, Dori, sequins, Schiffli and taping. Because this high-value embellishment stays in-house, intricate work never leaves our control, our quality standard or our timeline.

STAGE 04

CAD & Cutting

Our CAD/CAM cutting room uses AMN intelligent auto marker-nesting and CPL cut-planning to draw maximum efficiency from every lay. The result is minimum fabric loss with consistent fit and grading across the full size range, a saving that flows straight to the buyer.

STAGE 05

Stitching

The heart of the business: around 1,000 Japanese sewing machines on a disciplined line system. On-the-floor quality and output run well above industry averages, and every bundle carries a QR code so each line's progress and efficiency is visible the moment it happens.

STAGE 06

Finishing & Quality Check

In-house washing, dry-cleaning, water-softening and steam pressing give every garment the right hand-feel, whether soft and casual or crisp and clean. Then comes the rigorous final quality check: nothing is allowed into packing until it has passed inspection.

STAGE 07

Packing & Dispatch

Each finished, approved garment moves into packing, where it is folded, tagged, boxed and shipped. Decades of experience with buyers and logistics partners let our shipping team expedite formalities and meet delivery dates with confidence. The final barcode scan happens before the order leaves the building.

Real-time tracking

Scan-driven. Crystal clear.

Every one of these stages is monitored and tracked in real time. A QR code on every fabric roll and bundle, and a barcode on every finished garment, follow the work from the first roll to the final dispatched box.

QR · fabric & bundle

Barcode · finished garment

01

Tag

Every fabric roll and cutting bundle carries a QR code; every stitched and finished garment carries a barcode.

02

Scan

Operators scan at the entry and exit of each process: who, what and when, captured automatically.

03

See

A live dashboard shows exactly where every order is, across every department, at any moment.

What it changed for us

No more manual registers or end-of-day guesswork; the data is simply there
Bottlenecks are spotted the instant they appear, not days later
Accurate, real-time WIP data drives sharper planning and scheduling
Shorter lead times and faster, more reliable deliveries for our buyers

Japanese Standard Quality

Every garment is 100% inspected to a Japanese standard. Checked, never assumed.

Quality is not a final gate for us. It is a discipline built into every process. Fabric is lab-tested, production is audited in-line, and the finished goods pass through our in-house Japanese third-party inspection centre, where 100% of the output is checked before it is cleared for dispatch. This is the rigour our buyers rely on.

100% inspection

Every single garment is checked, not a sampled few.

Japanese 3rd-party centre

An in-house Japanese third-party inspection centre sets the bar.

Built into every stage

Pre-production audits and in-line checks, not just a final gate.

Checked, not assumed

Quality is proven with data at each step, then proven again.

Digitised QC system

Every stage's QC, digitised.

Quality control is not left to memory or paper. The QC at every stage is digitised. Defects are logged by type the moment they appear, so action is immediate and nothing carries forward.

01

Fabric QC

Every roll is inspected on a digitised 4-Point system, the global standard for fabric grading. Defects are scored by size and totalled per lot, while quantity is reconciled against the roll's QR code, so both quality and quantity are known before a single metre is cut.

  • 4-Point defect grading on every roll, captured digitally
  • Shade, width & GSM verified and logged against the lot
  • Quantity reconciled roll-by-roll, so no shortages slip through
  • Pass / hold recorded live; only cleared fabric reaches cutting
02

Sewing QC

In-line sewing QC is fully digitised. Inspectors record every defect by type and operation as it happens, so recurring issues become visible instantly and are corrected at the line, not discovered at the end of the day.

03

Finishing QC

Final finishing QC is digitised too. Each defect type is captured at inspection and triggers immediate corrective action, so only garments that pass are cleared for packing and dispatch.

Because every stage's QC is digitised, defects surface in real time, letting our team respond quickly, fix the root cause, and keep quality firmly in control.

Why brands choose us

Your problems, solved.

Every capability we've built answers a real buyer pain. Here is the problem, what it costs you, and how we solve it.

Problem

Once an order is placed, buyers are often left in the dark; status only trickles in through scattered emails and follow-up calls.

Impact

Low visibility means anxious planning, late surprises, and no time to react when something slips.

Solution

Buyers track their orders in real time. With QR and barcode scans at every stage, you see exactly where your goods are, at any moment.

Problem

Queries bounce between departments and time zones, and a clear answer can take days.

Impact

Slow, unclear responses stall the buyer's decisions and chip away at trust.

Solution

Quick customer support & query resolution: a dedicated point of contact for each market gives fast, accountable, single-window answers.

Problem

A sample looks perfect, but quality drifts across the bulk run.

Impact

Inconsistent bulk drives rejections, returns and damage to the brand's reputation.

Solution

100% inspection to a Japanese standard, with digitised QC at every stage. Quality is proven with data, not assumed.

Problem

Delays surface late, after the shipping window is already at risk.

Impact

Missed dates mean costly air freight, lost sales and unhappy retail partners.

Solution

Real-time WIP data exposes bottlenecks the instant they appear, so lead times shrink and delivery dates are met with confidence.

Problem

Coordinating fabric, printing, embroidery, cutting and stitching across many vendors.

Impact

Every handoff adds delay, cost and a fresh point of failure, with finger-pointing when things go wrong.

Solution

Everything under one roof, from design to dispatch: no handoffs, no blame games, one accountable partner.

Leadership & governance

A stable, owner-led leadership team: the same people accountable to you, year after year.

Team training & skill enhancement

We grow the people who make it.

A garment is only as good as the hands that make it. We invest continuously in our people, with structured in-house training and skill-development programs that turn new joiners into confident operators and keep our experienced team ahead of the curve.

01

Structured onboarding

Every new operator is trained and assessed against our standards before they ever join a live production line.

02

Multi-skilling & skill matrix

Operators are cross-trained across operations and mapped on a skill matrix, so lines stay flexible and balanced.

03

Quality & safety awareness

Quality discipline and workplace safety are built into training, so the right standard becomes second nature.

04

Continuous upskilling

Regular refreshers and advanced programs sharpen our team and open up real paths for career growth.

The result: higher efficiency, more consistent quality, and a motivated team that grows with us.
